The War between Russia and Ukraine: Crimes against Humanity under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court

Abstract
This article reviews the Russian acts committed in Ukraine under international criminal law, i.e., the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which may amount to crimes against humanity. The article depends on evidence and reports submitted by international organizations, such as the United Nations (UN) and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) to illustrate the unlawful acts committed by Russia.
